Auto Navigation Permit's is outdated but still in uwc shop

Bug Report
I don't quite remember where i get those, from cove or from captain's ticket but fact is i got those for UWC and can't use at all. Because now players should use Tow Permits for auto navigation. So what should i do with those? I got x10 Auto Navigation Permits.

    If they are in cove, you can recycle to legend cove.
