  You should check your internet connection (you can turn off your router for approximately 10 minutes then turn it back on).

  You can also call your internet provider to fix the problem if there is one...

  First of all, my apologies for the late response on your issue. Please attempt the following steps :
  
  - Switch off your router.
  - Wait for +30 seconds.
  - Switch it back on.
  - Add blackshot to your antivirus exclusion/allowed list by following the steps mentioned in this topic> http://nforum.blackshot.com/index.php?p=/discussion/175/help-antivirus-firewall-exclusion-list<.
  
  If you still face the same problem, please run a speed test using this Website > http://www.speedtest.net/ < , take a screenshot of the results, upload it using this websitehttp://pasteboard.co/ or this website http://tinypic.com/ , copy the third link and paste it in a new support ticket ( https://support.papayaplay.com/hc/en-us ) , afterwards we will be able to check it and help you fix this problem.
