i DC then i always get reconnecting this may take up to 5 min then i get disconnected from server
any idea what to do here ???

Hello,

You should check your internet connection (you can turn off your router for approximately 10 minutes then turn it back on).

You can also call your internet provider to fix the problem if there is one...

If the problem persist or if it does not come from your internet connection, you should record a small video of the problem, upload it, and then send it to the support by clicking on the following link : https://support.papayaplay.com/hc/en-us

- Switch off your router.
- Wait for +30 seconds.
- Switch it back on.
