Hello, when I try login i got this:

i've played with this account before and I am 100% sure that ID I entered is correct.

i got the same issue. I logged and played my char but when it disconnected and try to login again . Same screen is showing..

same for me i cant log in my account now im sure that i entered a correct user and password!!! im so disappointed now and cant play coz its my main and first account that have almost 1b and good gears weapon with my bagi!!!!!!

Its happening to me as well! Both "Incorrect ID" and "Your account is already logged in"..... I know without a doubt I'm putting in the correct ID... and its literally just that one account, I can log into another one just fine.

can we at least have a GM or something reply to this thread so we know our cries have at least been heard?

I'm sure once we get past the first couple of months with this new company there will be no more issues like this, but you guys have had bad luck after taking over...

*UPDATE*

Guys, for whatever reason i gave it some time and now I'm able to log in. I advise you all to keep trying and give time inbetween each attempt.

Yep. Same issue now.

I was able to log in before the maint, now I cannot log into my main account.

Can't go farm papaya crystals even... I dont get how they manage to break more stuff than before....

First time I tried to log in I got the authorization error message, after that every time I try I get "Incorrect ID" and "Disconnected from the server"
