    whats wrong in this game? I just change character then its all balck on my screen then disconnected ? wtf. when I relog its said something like I'm ban? whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat? :( its my main char whats happening?

    This issue it's been an around for hours and yet there is not an official response from Dekaron Team. That's the most disappointing thing. I hope it will be fixed tho..

    It's a known issue where one of the servers thinks your account is still connected. Sometimes it fixes itself after a few minutes. At worst, it resolves when we perform weekly maintenance. If you can't wait that long, send us a support ticket and we can usually try to disconnect you manually, and usually within a business day.

    I'm hoping for a more permanent solution, but until then, this is what we can do.
