Here is a Guide on How to make Money in UWO aka uncharted Waters online. You can use any part of my guides if you want just put me as the source its all good with me.
This Guide is a guide on how to make money with all production skills, trade skills and miscellaneous skills ,ESBT ,MTT farming, Collection etc. its a work in progress

There are 6 Aide duties Navigator,Lookout,Paymaster,Storage Keeper,Surgeon and Lieutenant.
with that said Every time your aide levels up in any level adventure,Trade or battle they have a chance to gain 1 Trait point in one of 6 duties listed above. The trait points which are on a scale of 1-100 can unlock skills for you aide for example my aide may learn +1 cooking if the paymaster is 65 example
Your aide can gain points at EACH level up
Example your aide has 50 surgeon trait, this mean your aide needs to sail 50 days in that duty to raise the chance for it grow on the next level up.
You can replace the sailing requirement using aide food, each aide food replace 5 days at sea. But say for 50 surgeon trait it would take 10 surgeon aide food to meet the requirement
There are 2 ways to do this:
Every time your aide almost level up, you feed them until they full. They are full when they stop talking after you feed them that type of aide food.
2nd way is, my way. ^^ I keep rolling my aide duty for every 2 days sailing (some players prefer 5 days at sea). When their traits still has ??? mark, I use the 1st way (feed them until they stop talking). When their traits still < 50, i give them 5 aide foods. When their traits > 50, i give them 10 aide foods.
IMPORTANT:Don't you ever use the bonus traits(these are traits points you can manually give out ) unless you desperately need a skill or if you can max a trait at 100 and dont need that aide food anymore. If u use it, that means they need more aide food. For example your aide is at 50 surgeon he would need 10 aide food to meet days sailed or must sail 50 days...If you boost his traits to say 75 he will then need 15 aide food and need to sail 75 days to meet requirement. Use the traits to reach 100 or if you have the money for aide food or can make enough you dont have to do it this way you can boost as much as you need when ever you want.
NOTE: They seem to have changed the amount of Aide food needed after the patch so it throws off the numbers a bit seems to need MORE aide food so to fix this keep some aide food as a test if they stop talking when u feed them it means they reached the required sailing days
If you fed you aide properly it SHOULD look like this:
So the Key is to feed your aide until full on all 6 aide foods or sailing the required amount of days in each job before the aide levels up that way you can ensure your aide will get the maximum 6 points EACH level.
Also aide food Sells for alot and all you need is Rank 2 in cooking to get started if you add mysterious Spice and Aide food prices can range from 60k for easy to make ones 80k for intemediate ones 150k each for the harder to make ones. so you can make some good money selling this.
TRAIT POINTS AND THEIR BENEFITS
Trait Points for the 6 duties other than unlocking skills for you aide will allow your aide to have bonuses as well. The max is 100 with an S rank the higher the better and more effective the bonus will be.
Navigator: Makes is so that when you use the tow and log out option it will be quicker and less damage to ship and crew. Helps prevent Squalls RUMOR: lets you sail and turn a bit faster UNCONFIRMED
Lookout:Lets you be more successful collecting,Fishing,procuring,searching, finding shipwreck map pieces and flotsam. Also helps to avoid Seaweed, krakens, sirens and fix faster if aide is in the job when it occurs
Paymaster:Increase success Crafting. Including Crafting 100 stat weapons.
Storage Keeper:Helps to prevent Stealing,Cargo Loss, Fires, Rats and dirty deck. In addition to helping prevent it it can be cured faster if aide is in the job when it occurs. RUMOR: Helps prevent loss while being plundered UNCONFIRMED.
RUMOR :Also helps keep your items from wear and tear at sea UNCONFIRMED.
Surgeon: Same as Storage keeper except that it affects diseases and crew related ailments like scurvy and plague, anxiousness,homesick,insomnia. mutiny. Helps to prevent or cure it faster if it happens while aide in the job
Lieutenant: Helps him fight better RUMOR:helps you fight better as well. UNCONFIRMED.
You MUSt be moving in order to get Aide exp sailing
Navigation > 100% to adventure
Lookout > 50% adventure, 50% maritime
Paymaster > 100% trade
Storekeeper > 50% trade, 50% adventure
Lieutenant > 100% maritime
Surgeon > 50% maritime, 50% trade
The Aide Sailing day Bonus
This Information is very important as it can GREATLY boost your Aide's Levels if used correctly. This information is located on the Aide Information screen in the bottom left hand corner.
With a Value of 0 sailing bonus days you will gain 20 points of exp for each day sailed where the 20 points is gained is dependent on the job the aide is in when the day changes ie. look above in previous section. Paymaster gets 20 points to Trade and , Store keeper gets 10 Trade and 10 adventure etc..
Anyways the Aide Bonus Day ups this 20 points to 375 points PER DAY which is a huge bonus and can level them quick. The Ship skill Adjutant's cabin UPS this to 468 per day as in increase aide experience gained by 20% for aides. Use this to your advantage. Adjutant cabin sill also work on the Aide Voyager Astros item that gives 30k Exp to Aides by upping it to 36k.
To Acquire Aide Sailing Day Bonus days you simply gain 20 each day for every aide ACCOMPANYING YOU mean they must be the 2 Aides traveling with u. The max is 200 days the most to accumulate at 200 it stops so try to use up all you aide sailing bonus days Every day.
How To Make and find Ingredients for the food.
All Aide Food is made in Lisbon Tavern Requires Rank 7 Cooking
If you buy Mysterious Spices it will boost your current cooking rank temporarily by 5 ranks they are sold in capitals and player bazaars VERY USEFUL and worth the cost

No sweet all prices are null and void as the server wipe will restart everyone back to 50k ducats and nobody will have money to pay the exorbitant prices listed in the guides as it was written before the server wipe and while there was rampant inflation in the game.
HOWEVER
The information in the guides is still valid so the items listed still make money just need to find a new price to sell the goods that is reasonable.
This guide will prove very valuable after the server wipe I will in fact be re reading it myself lol.
