Hello Troopers!
We understand that overclocking with software is a big issue and we have been permanently banning many users for this offense. We have been working very hard with both EAC and DE to develop and implement a permanent fix to this known issue.
Please continue to be patient and continue to report anyone that you believe is overclocking.
