Tis called stop looking for others to tell u want to do and to discover it urself do u need to be held like a lil child and shown what to do. maybe u should read up on all the guides that have been listen on this forum
Why even implement another update, anyway, when for a good while people won't even break through to the goddam SEA?

This just sounds like a grim joke.
My IGN was Begas, and I've been here since the start. These last few years I haven't been as active as before but the older veterans probably still remember me, that one portuguese dude with the 'escape' emblem (which I won in one of the first events when it was hosted by NC)
This saddens me.... You're taking up a game that takes such a long time to build up, and you're just smashing everything to rubble... Discovering Excalibur, Xanadu, all that adventure grinding for nothing...
I'll probably still check the game and see what these "Founder Packs" are
But my guess is this:
"1 30% boost for 30 minutes, 1 30% xp, proficiency and fame boost for 30 minutes, and an empty bottle of lube"

I don't care about the real life money, don't care about boosters, items...none of it. Time is the factor here. The grind factor, the skill ups that take years...
Hows everyone feel about ranking rowing? arms? managment? who cares what kinds of shipparts they are giving away? I crafted industrially in all types for the last 5 years? what, 2-3 shipparts going to placate me? I gave away 38 warehouses, galleys and aide cabins in my last week online alone. so wtf difference do ship parts make?
I was part of two of the greatest companies in the game. After the mari nerfs and dungeon tickets ruined maritime and trade, you know the whole point of the game - those companies went dead and members left.
I created an alt company just for new folks. Built a second colony. Paid and constructed all myself. Just the colony work took 3.2 billion and 6 weeks of work. where's my (&%** colony?
The thing that's being lost on everyone here is that, the reset means back to 0, back to trading feathers in the med and booze to west africa. It means 125 day one way sails to india for (&*%(&8 pepper and gems.
I do not understand how having the game at the age of revolution stage with all ports at 0 dev, 0 investment is going to balance anything. 3/4 of the content not even accessible to players for weeks, maybe even months? Not one veteran that I know will be dumping into ports. The newbs can do it themselves, we'll see how that goes ROFL.
Well I think we can see where this comes from. We wasted our time for almost a decade developing in game content and now they are literally banking on the fact that we'll give them another decade.
And as far as Fafnir aka Ruby goes I'd like to speak to this meatbag directly:
The first day you began this game you met me. I equipped you, handed you consumables, dragged you around, helped you set your skills so you'd stop getting ganked by NPC pirates, gave you 25 mil, even tugged you to open panama for gawds sake etc.. etc.. etc..
All of those things came from experience and a history with this game. I know how difficult it is to get going in this game, I spent nearly a decade doing it. Where did this altruism get me? Just look at your disgusting, hostile and trollish behaviour?
What was the last thing I told you when you said "Thank you so much I intend on paying you back for all this goodness" ?
I told you I didn't want your ducats, I didn't want any payback. I told you if you really wanted to repay me, just make sure you help others in the same way I've helped you. Remember?
And look at you now...Just a greasy, two faced shitt disturber who has nothing but contempt for the server and it's players.
Well I hope you are happy, you got your wipe and you have now made quite the name for yourself.
And so, I suggest you stay in Seville from now on. Stay in world chat, you know - the place where you still "know" everything? Don't stray too far from Europe my old friend.
Keep both eyes open Faf, you'll need them. I think there are some folks that will be looking to make YOUR game play experience just as memorable as you've made ours, perhaps more so. We have a lot to repay you for and apparently thanks to Papaya, we now have a whole new decade to play YOUR new server and show you exactly what we mean by that.
You should have made your private comments to the devs and left it at that. But like the child you claim everyone else is, you have chosen to act so very maturely and come here to gloat, harrass and grief folks who have lost nearly a decade of work.
You've painted a pretty large target on your back and I'm not sure why. You are now the symbol of every ones hate. Why would you do this? I think it's because you are arrogant and selfish but mostly because you are stupid. Showing your face here and acting like this is really the lowest of the low, and in this game, I've seen a lot of low crap. No worries, there's remedies for folks like you.
Everyone on this server knows me, I'm a trader, industrial crafter and general helper. Never much liked maritime work, everyone knows this. But...as you say, things change and we just have to get over it right?
So, my advice to you is -
Beware the Horn. Beware del Fuego. Stay out of the Pipeline.
If not, you will
soon find yourself where I should have left you when I found you - in a
galley rowing for your life using escape with no caution, no vigour, no crew and no
chance.
You will be in exactly the place you deserve for helping and encouraging the destruction of this community and it's work.
And so my dearest Fafnir/Ruby, good luck and may the winds be forever in your face, may the gulls pluck out your eyes and may the barnacles make your ship too slow to flee us all....you'll be doing a fair amount of that methinks. So, best lean that ship of yours over and start scraping, you'll need all the speed you can muster mister :)

To all my fellow Vets out there, both friend and foe....I miss you all. We all need a
sit down and we all need to start working together here. I am setting up
a new vent and will be sending invites the weekend of the 20th. Please try to use similar
names we've all known for years for an alt so we can find each other once we're up,
the rest we'll talk about privately.
