These are the Papaya Play moderation guidelines with the reasons and ban durations:

Hacking 

- Permanent ban on all accounts;

Association With Hacking

- 15 days to Permanent (depends on the circumstance and previous similar bans);

Bug Abuse

- 7 to 60 days (depends on the circumstance and previous similar bans); 

Offensive Language / Insults

- 1 to 30 days (depends on the circumstance and previous similar bans); 

File Modifying

- Permanent;

Impersonating a GameMaster

- Permanent;

Scam / Account Theft

- Permanent;

Promoting Hacktools/Websites

- Permanent;

Promoting Private Server

- Permanent;

Disclosing Personal Information (users or admins real names, pictures, etc.)

- Permanent;

Spam

- 1 to 7 days;

Account Sharing / Selling

- Permanent;

VPN / Proxy

- Permanent;

Harassment

- 1 to 30 days (depends on the circumstance and previous similar bans);

Support Abuse

- 7 days to permanent (depends on the circumstance and previous similar bans);

Reports Abuse

- 30 days to permanent (depends on the circumstance and previous similar bans);

AFK Farming

- 7 days to permanent 

Important Note

All/Any abusive actions are subject to penalty at Papaya Play's sole discretion. The severity of the penalty and the action taken by Papaya Play as a result will also be at Papaya Play's sole discretion. Note: Papaya Play reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. For extreme cases, banning of accounts may be given out without any warning.
