How to fix history config error

when i launched the game 1 box shown on my display "History Config Error"
please tell how to fix this error i cant play the game.....

    history.config file is in your main Dekaron folder and keeps track of your version number, so the server knows what patches to apply. It must be editable, otherwise you cannot apply the patches. So, if you don't have admin rights or somehow filed got locked for editing, then you have a problem. If that is not the case (you have admin rights) then somehow numbers in that file got mixed up and version written in that file does not correspond to real version of files needed patching. If that is the case, I am afraid that only reinstalling the game will solve your problem. Download it again, that's safest...
