Ping Br Serve Word and clan

Good afternoon Lord of GMs

I come by this message talks about the problem in ping to the Brazilian word in serving and server clan, this very bad to play an accessible gameplay for both players and clan to clan server.

Before I was with 3 to 4 ping bar on both serves both as word clan, now I can not stand 2 is fixed at 1 ping .. can help me please?

with the following information:

- Country you are playing from.

- What server you are playing on.
- How many bars of ping you are getting.
- How many bars of ping did you receive before.

We will fix the problem as soon as possible.
