D-shop 18% Talismans 10 pack. Please allow them to be broken up.

I don't know if there was something in your description in d-shop or not, but I bought 2 x 10 sets of 18% blacksmith talismans.  To my surprise, like any other stacking function, usually you can hit shift plus enter and be able to separate the stack, but with this ten stack of talismans you can't, why not?  I thought I'd try to make a little dil to help my main character, but it doesn't seem many people want to buy a whole ten stack unless you give it away practically.  Can you make these separable?  And if not, why not?  If no, since you'll have proof of my purchase, can you exchange these two sets with individual pieces for me?
