New pets for summy

Pardon me if this is a silly question but ive looked everywhere and there is pretty much zero info to be found ... most is from the old 2Moons days and blah blah blah. 

I just came back to Dekaron after about 6 years away and see new summons/pets but they arent on my list of skills [the big hulk dude and the dog headed tall one] how do i get these, is it a new quest ??

Those are the lv 170 pets. They are better known as the meister skill pets. You can obtain them after you have reached lv 170 and have completed the required quests as well unlocked the skill with the correct meister skill book. Each pet is specific to each meister and you can only choose 1 meister. Noir Venom for staff and Synthetic Bringer for twin blade. Paranoia (or the hulk as you call it) is the twin blade pet. Arrogance (the dog) is the staff pet.
