What happened to GMs that Understand English...

So I have been exchanging Talks with a certain GM and their English is VERY broken and they have FAILED to understand my PROPER Queens English to the point where they have banned me for Threatening their services even though I only spoke about what is accessible in THEIR DEKARON FILE.
I thought we should have Game masters that can UNDERSTAND the worlds BIGGEST language and not have to use google translate to understand them.
Am I the only one who has had issues like this?
