Orpheus Npc Bug for one Mitera quest

Well i did the 1rst time stone quest from Mitera 

All corecly work until i needed to go colect 4 recomendation in ardeca from some npc ... ((( 9th one ! )))

Orpheus supose to ask me to give him a item that i have like 60 time on me ... and for completing the quest going back to mitera 

well ..... all npc has the famous ( interogation sign ) but not Orpheus 

i clic on him to see if he have the recomendation of triest and he didnt ...

i lost like 1hours of my time to see what this quest give and i failed due to this issue
