Main quest & field boss

Burbarism

One of of the main quest and field bosses is not on the map. Traitor Erupt in dravice villiage is not on the map I have been in their area for almost three weeks. I'm not sure if I'm not doing something right to summon him or if he's just not re loading to the map but if anyone has any answers, tips, hints, or if it can be fixed that would be very helpful. Thanks.
