Zendesk's services are back online, you can now submit tickets again! We will do our best to respond as quickly as possible.

Zendesk's servers are currently down, you will not be able to submit support tickets, neither can we answer them. 

Further Dekaon services, such as game launch(er) and WebShop are not affected. 

Zendesk is aware of this issue and currently working on a solution.
