DS 5 rune package II not working?

So I bought a 5 rune package today and it's not working. I tried to killing mobs with a 5 people in the party in deadlands and we killed almost 1000 mobs and still wont trigger. Im lvl 158 and i feel like i wasted $15 dollars for nothing. Any help that i can get? Im donating to this game and i feel cheated...

I love this game and I love both Summies!! <3 I'm back because I want to make Summies great again. I would like to add Staff curse build for summies to have another gameplay. In this case they will lose the poison damage but Anti-resist chakra will make Curse staff build viable.
