I liked to show my displeasure with the game I never used any program, I do not know why my permanent ban, I liked that they showed me evidence because I never used anything, I was fooled at most in ardeca and bought duplicate items

    There's always a reason, send a ticket to the support if you havn't already.

    I already sent them they say I have duplicate items, but I bought a char in ardeca did not know if it was duplicated, and I take ban lol, I want my account ja 2 weeks

    I wonder how do those culprit duplicate an item/s...heck I don't even know the meaning of "duplicate" item in-game.
