logged me out for unknown reason

For some reason I got logged out on my account while in game. Then after an hour I tried logging in back and it says "unusual game activity has been detected, this account". While I have no idea on what unusual activity I did. Last activity in game was farming in Acquarai Ruins and I afked a little bit to watch videos on where to farm narukes. I swear its no more than 5 mins and I visit the game often. Then I went to Ardeca to market. That's all I did then I got logged out, apparently. Any GMs who can help me with this issue? You can investigate my account and I know it is clean, and I never did any hacks.
So if anyone can just explain to me why they did that it'll be a good help. It's been a day still can't log in. That's my main account. I spent so much time on that account made good friends too and I don't want it to be wasted.
