Option to destroy hephyron for another ingredient

Can we get option from npc to destroy bad stat hephyron weap for random 1x of ingredient so we can farm for another random hephyron weapon. Lol ppl so greedy and stupid to sell bad stat weap that they dont wana upgrade and what makes them think ppl going to buy it to upgrade LMFAO..
