Question guys...where or who do I turn to if my issues aren't being resolved via the tickets system. Lets say my tickets are no longer being responded to...where can I escalate to from there.. is there even a way to do so..?

    it's ok bro. We all experience it. I have to apologize in behalf of our current GM's and STAFF as they are getting some coffee all at the same time all the time so they don't have time to read nor respond to your ticket.

    Sadly. None bro. That's it. Not even the social media can help you.

    Just wait and pray that someone will read it and respond to you in the near future. gl.
