A basic Graphics setting

One thing I didn't like about Latale before was that the settings did not have much effect on performance. If there could be a way added to turn down the graphics a lot with skills and images then I think it would be a big help to a lot of players who suffer from too much lag or bad ping.

To my knowledge putting effects to the lowest point helps a lot. And if you are speaking about low-res textures than take less memory - I support the idea.
