Can't transfer account

Every time I try to transfer my account via OGPlanet, I get the message "The ID or password is incorrect", even though I can clearly log into the old client with the same details without problems.

Edit: After resetting my OGPlanet password 3 times, it was finally accepted

    Could i get help as well ive been playing threw steam how do i transfer my steam latale to this!??!
