In-game mailbox bug

Hello Heroes, 

As many of you have already heard and/or experienced, we are currently having issues with the in-game mail system where customised items cannot be delivered properly and emails sent cannot be seen in the mailbox.
 
This issue has already been reported and we are currently waiting for feedback from our developers. As a matter of fact, this issue seems to be of a more complicated nature, and our team is doing their best in resolving it. 
For the time being, we kindly suggest you to refrain from sending customised items through email to each other until the cause and effect of the issue have been resolved completely. 


Those of you who are currently waiting for recovery, we have not forgotten about you and have noted down all the necessary information in order to restore these items. If you have been affected by this bug but have not reported it yet, please inform our support through a help desk ticket, so that we can note down your info to ensure your item can be recovered eventually.
