Migration Failed?

 Hello , sorry for my english I'm french .





When the migration service was avaible with Nexon i have completed the processus. ( I created account NEXON ---- Papaya ) 


Just I  never received an Email from Papaya Games  for the migration.


Today i can't connect because i have forgot the papaya ID  and the forgot password service show me Invalid Email or Invalid Request 


Please Help me 





My character in warrock is lvl 33 name  : ShinHaki  





I'm sur i created a Papaya account during the migration ...
