Monk x.x

In-Game Issues
So I made a monk and there seems to be a problem with it.After arriving in the belos to Ases to complete my quest I couldn't. Plus I can only see belos background which are buildings and see no players or npc besides Ases.I can't even open my inventory.This happened twice to me. Please help :(
