[NOTICE] False Support Requests

Dear Players,

Recently the support team has been receiving numerous false requests. Examples of such false requests include but are not limited to:
1. Claiming to recover a deleted item with false stats.
2. Claiming to not have received or not used a chance item that was consumed successfully but failed.
3. Claiming to have been hacked through security breach when the loss of items is due to account sharing.
4. Claiming to have a conflict with another user but not including the entirety of the events purposely (selectively deleting significant parts of the conversation).

Do not engage the support team in bad faith. The support team is able to check the game system logs to confirm or deny any action taken within the game, and false requests will inevitably be denied. False requests cause other users who are having issues that need to be resolved to receive support at a slower pace.

Starting from the point of this announcement, we will begin to suspend any users found to engage our support team in bad faith with false support requests.

We at Papaya Play strive to support our users to the best of our ability, but we also expect our users to do their part and not engage with us maliciously.
