Dear Players,

Below is a summary of this week's communications with the developer.

1. "Security mode has been updated" error.

Thanks to all the users that have sent us error log ERL files and for their patience. We have update for GameGuard that may reduce the frequency errors for users experiencing this issue. The issue was found to be caused by a delayed connection loading the GameGuard security module, mostly occurring in low-spec computers. We have altered the method of reaching the authentication server. The update will be applied on the next scheduled server maintenance on August 9. Users with further questions are advised to read the GameGuard FAQ at the link http://www.gameguard.co.kr/eng/con_01.html.

Update: We have applied the update during today's server maintenance.

2. Availability of in-game events.

Several major in-game events have been implemented into the game for testing and will be released on August 9.

3. Items lost when disconnecting with proxy shop feature open.

Items lost in this manner will be returned on every scheduled maintenance from this point forward.

4. Community Representative applications.

Select applicants will be contacted for interviews at the end of this week through Discord.

5. Item distribution for events ending today.

Level UP! Event items are extended, and new players will still be able to receive Level UP! items in their inventory when creating a new character until further notice.

All items will be distributed during scheduled server maintenance for the events below:

- Double Trouble

- Challenge! Guild Ranking Event (details on submission for top 3 guilds custom emblem to follow)

- Achievement Hunter

- Monster Hunter

Top 3 ranking players in Papaya Conqueror event will be contacted in-game for weapon choice after the maintenance has concluded.

6. Legacy Seeker FX and Closed Beta Tester emoticon distribution

The FX design has been implemented in the game for testing and is currently under final adjustments.

7. Unable to use skills such as Archmage's "Fire Wall", Rogue Master's "Transcendence (Sky)", Sword Dancer's "Luminous Destruction", Wind Stalker's "Stream Shot III", and Maestro's "Crescendo".

Solution in testing did not enable reliable use of skills as intended. Further adjustments to the skills are in progress.

8. Recurring distribution of certain premium items as free items in events such as Rose Key.

Developer is evaluating these items distribution. Such items are in consideration for future events on a recurring basis for attending players.

9. New Flash Sales purchase opportunities for Players.

New purchase opportunities will be implemented on August 9.

10. New fashion item introduction into the Fashion Shop.

Fashion items release has been delayed due to development of in-game events. We are hoping to bring them to our Players for enjoyment as soon as possible.
