We have distributed the items to all players with legacy accounts:

Additionally, legacy accounts that have logged in for 25 days or more since the relaunch have received the item Legacy Seeker Titlebook, an exclusive FX title made for our version.

Players may find these items in the Gift Bundle of eligible accounts.
