Dear Players,

Below is a summary of this week's communications with the developer.

1. Availability or ease of access for Advanced Mutation equipment items.

Developer is evaluating.

2. Availability of experience potion items.

We have requested increasing availability. Pending developer approval.

3. Papaya Rainicorn lifespan not extendable.

Developer will fix the glitch before the lifespan time limit expires.

4. Dungeon channel lag or "rubber-banding" for certain users.

Cause of the lag has been determined. Developer is evaluating possible solutions.

5. Unable to use skills such as Archmage's "Fire Wall", Rogue Master's "Transcendence (Sky)", Sword Dancer's "Luminous Destruction", Wind Stalker's "Stream Shot III", and Maestro's "Crescendo".

We have requested developer to look into possible solution previous publisher implemented.

6. Certain items failing enchantment when success rate is displayed as 100%.

Developer confirmed this is impossible. Data logs of certain users who submitted support tickets showed that the success rate when enchantment failure occurred was not 100%.
