Un-nerf LSS drops

The title is fairly self-explanatory.

Once upon a time LSS was available in Ganador. Now it is not. Since then, prices skyrocketed due to lack of availability. It is also generally agreed by salvagers that LSS drops in shipwrecks were also nerfed. I would recommend un-nerfing these two methods of obtaining it in the hopes of not fucking up the economy again.
