3rd job advancement

i went to advance my job and i clicked on "reconsider" and now i cant find another warp capsule.  do i have to wait until the subclass quest to pop up at lvl 140 or is there any way i can get a warp capsule to Xenadia? can i just go through the dungeon too? the entire quest disappeared
