Show Off you Colony Layouts

Ahoy Sailors!

There are some new people coming into the game and there is some new companies springing up at the same time. Mine is one of them, Bacon-N-Eggs of Seville. 

What I would like to see is some ideas on the best layouts for a company colony. I am already thinking about putting the markets, shipyards, bank and tavern along the front to make it easy to get things and leave without having to walk all over. But I would like some other company directors to share their layouts for their company colony to give newer players (and returning vets or might not remember) what is the best layout for the colony.
