Can't install Blackshot SEA

I downloaded the Blackshot installer for SEA and started downloading it but the loading bar stops after a while and says "Paused (No connection)" even though I have wifi connection and I am able to browse the web and play other online games. At first I thought it would resume after awhile so I left it to download for 6-7 hours but It still was stuck downloading.
