Blackshot SEA Game Client Stuck at Gamedata Download

Hi GM,

I am trying to install a fresh game, when I install the client and input my id n pass to launch it.  it stucks at update level where it enters an infinite loop of downloading gamedata folder. 

It downloads 59Mb of gamedata and again starts from 0 and download till 59MB. 

I have installed and un installed this game 3-4 times since 2 days but no luck.

blackshot also is in safe list of firewall.
