Virus when trying to download?

Hi all,

I'm a newbie when it comes to IT stuffs. so really appreciate if you can help.
I would like to download a game, however my mcafee prompt me if i would like to continue to download it is dangerous and may contain virus and spyware.
May i know how can i go about downloading this game ?
