HELP, MY BS AUTO-CLOSE

Please help me, my Blackshot problem that i cannot solved it by myself because the older version Blackshot i was fine to play like a normal but when i done installed Blackshot Southeast Asia (because i live in Malaysia) i already register Papaya Play account and done create the first character in Blackshot (Travis) ,
when i away from my laptop and stay away in Character Select (3minute maybe) and it was fine, when i go to Server Select i was fine too , and then when i click the Channel .. it was automaticly to select a Game Room , when i press the game room my Blackshot automaticly close , and i restart the Blackshot it still same.
PLEASE HELP!!!
