[NOTICE] Winter Grand Festival Tower Missing Quests

Dear Players,

As of yesterday's maintenance. We have addressed the issues surrounding certain users unable to complete the quest from "10F - Memorial Museum" more than once. Following this correction, the reset time of 10F daily quest has been changed from 00:00 CET to 04:30 CET.

Certain users may be experiencing a similar issue in any of these other floors:

4F - Key Scavenger Hunt

5F - Protect the Guardian

6F - Christmas Tree Hunt

7F - Catch the Suriring!

9F - Winter Race

We are investigating issues with these floors. An update will be posted to this topic once we have more information available.
