Submitting requests from support on papaya play.

I have submit 2 separate support requests and have not received any news about my problems from  any nor an update that anyone will even hear me out in quite a few days. While the first request never got answered the problem thankfully resolved itself. The second one still persists though and it is related to money.

I'm wondering how long does a support message normally take to respond to? The first one is still open and it has been 5 days the second one is now going on 3 days.

At most. Two weeks. if its a billing issue. the GM's cant help with that so the length of time that would take is unknown.
