Can't login Blackshot

Hi, I would like to know what have you guys do or thinking of doing to the problem at blackshot. Every single day around 10 plus to 1am we can't login the game and play. Its like wasting all the items we bought using the cash we earn. Can you guys seriously do something about it. Its really frustrating to see you guys not taking any action or updating us anything about your decision.
