BRING BACK PHILIPPINE SERVER

Hello GM's,
        I speak to my fellow Filipinos who are having trouble in delay and lag issue when joining a game with higher ping. I guess you have to consider that our internet connection here in the Philippines is not that fast than the other countries. I have been playing blackshot since 2013, we would like to ask a favor that if you could at least make one (1), just only one (1) slot for Philippine server and enjoy playing blackshot as it was before.
