Fashion shop issue

So I purchased the VIP bundle for 450 LTC in fashion shop. I then got an error message. After I refreshed the shop my Ltc was gone but I didn't get the bundle I spent it on. I submitted a ticket to support and have received no response. How do I get my items or Ltc back?

    You have no choice but to wait for the answer from Support in that situation.

    I sent a ticket about the same exact thing and still have not heard a word and it is rather frustrating as someone who continues to spend their hard earned money on this game. Please someone look into this.
