How can i delete my character?

I tried to delete my character but im unable too. I got rid off all the inventory items and things i equipped and it still doesn't work. There are 2 items i can't remove from my storage , zesiteria's bow and event box. I tried searching online for answers but couldn't find anything , some help would be very appreciated. Thanks in Advance
