Can't use my skills

Just like the title says, i can't use my skills. I was in a dead front, everything was fine and close to the end i suddenly couldn't use my skills anymore. I was playing Conserra summoner if that helps, but it doesnt work on any of my characters. I tried to google it and it seems like people had the same issue even years ago. Please investigate this bug.
