hallway master

Having an issue with the hallway master i had entered once, before i had taken the hallway master's heart quest and now it will not let me enter again so there are quests i cant finish or do, i have tried to exit the game i waited a couple of days and even cancelled and retaken the quest but it will not let me enter the horace's nest.. any way of fixing this?

I'm obviously not the best person to answer this but I'll tell you what i know. I had the same issue before. Hallway master's conversation window simply not popping up or if it did not being able to go into the horace's place. If you have holy water of something (can't remember the name) you can go inside by TPing directly to the NPC that is in the horace place. Just open Map check what's the name of the NPC inside the horace place and teleport to him.. Again, you will need Holy Water of Whatever for this.
