Certificate error on launcher

I've been trying to get past this error I keep seeing every time I try to use the launcher for La Tale.  When I open the launcher, I see everything seems to be working fine only for a second, and then it disappears and I get an error message saying that there was a problem with the certificate for the site and says it was by an unknown or untrusted publisher.  There is no option to view this certificate but it asks if I want to continue anyways, which I click yes to.  Unfortunately that doesn't seem to have any effect because once the launcher reopens, it gives the same error over again, and I have to just kill the launcher in task manager.  I'm not sure where to go from here or whether the server is misconfigured or what
