Having Trouble Installing LaTale

Every time I run the launcher, the update stops and get an error message telling me that "DALBONG.SPF is the wrong size". I have looked all over the internet, restarted the download 5 times, and even tried deleting DALBONG.SPF in the hopes that the updater would replace it. Nothing seems to work.
I am a 7+ year veteran of the game, and because of this issue I haven't been able to log in to claim any of the "Legacy Status" rewards or anything like that, which I would be very disappointed to miss.
