 imLost on this part of the event info on what  u do or what this is about.Because all it says is log in and get it.I dont have anything other thin a dart under my event free stuff.And iv played in the time listed .

Sometimes it can act kinda finicky. 

Keep logged in for around 40 minutes. if you still don't get it, log out then log back in.

If the issue persists. I recommend you send a Helpdesk ticket.
