Dear Players,

I apologize for the lack of update on Developer Diary topic for quite some time. For now we will return to regular updates as much as we can to keep our users informed on the latest and future content offerings.

Certain topics that we have discussed recently follow.

1. When will we receive the event "X" that occurred in the original version?

Depending on the event, sometimes we may not receive them due to regional or localization issues. For major events, such as the La Tale Adventure event, they must first be translated, localized, and approved due to the often different update level during the event period.

2. Regarding character or guild name change request.

We are unable to offer this service at this time. Additionally, once claimed, nicknames cannot be reused even after the character has been deleted.

3. Regarding update to Iris' Gift reward.

Minor updates into the future will occur, but the tiers and basic reward structure are expected to stay the same.

4. Regarding certain item(s) unreleased in global service such as pets.

Certain items are unable to be released in our service due to licensing or rights issues. We are working with the developer to enable possible substitutes on these items such as custom-designed content.

5. Regarding availability of certain older premium boxes.

We will work with the developer to make these items available for purchase in the future at limited intervals. However, focus will remain on the newest premium items as they are more suited for the most current update level of the game.
